By subscribing to NovaStream, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated periodically — continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

NovaStream provides IPTV subscription credentials (M3U playlist and Xtream Codes) that allow access to live television channels and on-demand content via compatible third-party applications. We do not host or stream any content directly.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share your subscription credentials with parties outside your household. Commercial use of the service is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

NovaStream does not host, produce, or own any of the content accessible through the service. Content is sourced from third-party providers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to access content in their jurisdiction.

NovaStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
