Troubleshooting on iOS
"Playlist failed to load" — check your M3U URL hasn't been truncated. iOS often auto-corrects URLs; paste into Notes first to check it looks right.
"Video not playing" — try switching the player type in GSE from "Native" to "InPlayer" in Settings → Player Engine. If the issue persists, contact our WhatsApp support.
