Refund Policy

All NovaStream subscriptions include a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your subscription, contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@novastream.tv and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, message us on WhatsApp or email support@novastream.tv with your payment reference number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. Crypto payments may be refunded in the equivalent fiat value at the time of refund.

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals and subsequent subscriptions are not eligible. The guarantee does not apply if we can demonstrate the service was functioning correctly and the subscriber experienced no technical issues on our side.

After the 7-day guarantee period, subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend using the free 24-hour trial to evaluate the service before subscribing, to ensure it meets your needs.
